Love the stretching techniques used in session, but don’t have the time for a full session?? This is for you! This focused 30-minute session is designed to improve mobility, decrease tension, and help your body move the way it’s meant to. Through guided, assisted stretching, we’ll target tight muscle groups, restricted joints, and areas holding chronic tension. Unlike stretching on your own, assisted stretching allows your body to relax while I safely move you deeper into ranges of motion — helping improve flexibility, circulation, and nervous system regulation.
