Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
When you book a session, that time is held exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours and missed appointments will incur a 30% charge of the service price.
Exceptions are available. Please reach out if it’s an extraordinary circumstance.
