Each session is thoughtfully customized to address tension, pain, and stress while creating a calm, supportive space for true therapeutic care. Different than your usual spa experience. Important info! 👇🏼👇🏼 To protect the privacy of all patients & clients of Sm&B & Vitaoasis we adhere to all HIPAA regulations. While sharing a space is convenient, we must ensure privacy. For all patient privacy, we ask that clients arrive no more than 5-10 minutes before their scheduled time. *We are unable to accommodate earlier arrivals! I truly appreciate your cooperation! *All debit card payments are subject to sales tax. This is automatic through the booking site. & can not be changed or discounted. *Deposit is non-refundable. 100% is charged for same day cancellation. 45% for day before cancellation. Must be paid before rebooking. *If deposit is not paid prior to day of appointment, appointment time is forfeited that morning. *** My sessions are unique and deeply therapeutic, but always professional. I provide a safe, respectful environment and do not offer any form of inappropriate or “extra” services. Cancellation Policy
Deposit / Cancellation & No-Show Policy When you book a session, that time is held exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Deposits must be paid before day of appointment. If not paid, appointment is auto canceled the morning of appointment. & Cancellation fee must be paid before rebooking. Cancellations made within 48 hours and missed appointments will incur a 45% charge of the service price. No shows will be charged 100% of the booking price. Exceptions are available. Please reach out if it’s an extraordinary circumstance. I truly appreciate your respect for my time and for other clients who may be waiting for an opening. 🩶
